Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identifies training needs analysis, implementation & evaluation for employees development program
- Building & maintaining of relationships with third party (Campus hiring/Educational Institution, Jobfair, training provider, etc) for manpower fulfillment and development
- Plan, organize and develop recruitment process.
- Implement of Human resource policies and procedures.
Persyaratan:
- Kandidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
- FEMALE- maximum 40 years old
- At least 2 years' working experience in the same field in the IT INDUSTRY
- Good communication, good planning and organizing skill
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Hands on experience in area of personnel administration (performance appraisal, employee evaluation, etc), Industrial Relations, couching and counseling
- Understand and able to implement all of the HR process such as: recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management and organizations development.
